Shipping Information

Orders generally ship within 7 business days of confirmation. MAT products are made to order: this refers to preparation and handing the parcel to the carrier, not delivery to your door.

When will my order ship?

Preparation: typically 2–5 business days.
Dispatch: for most products, usually within 7 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery: transit starts after dispatch and depends on the destination and carrier. Standard international delivery may take additional business days, in some cases up to approximately 20.

These estimates are not a promise of delivery within 7 days. Product, size, availability, production facility, quantities, public holidays and unexpected events can affect timing. For a particular destination, contact mat@matofficial.com before ordering.

Shipping costs

Shipping depends on your destination and the items in your cart. The shipping charge and final total are shown at checkout before payment.

Buying multiple items? Different product categories, such as hoodies and socks, may ship separately and incur multiple shipping charges within one order. Always check the total before placing the order; you can view the cost without completing payment.

MAT welcome offer: free shipping in Italy

Sign up for the newsletter to receive a welcome code for free shipping in Italy on your first order of €59 or more in products. The offer is limited to eligible subscribers with no previous MAT orders, once per customer and cannot be combined with other codes. At checkout, use the same email address as your subscription and enter the code you received. Check that shipping is discounted before paying.

After your order

You receive an order confirmation by email.
Your garment enters production.
When it ships, you receive available tracking information.

Orders with multiple items

Items may be made and shipped by different production facilities, arrive in separate parcels and have different tracking numbers. The free-shipping offer does not change preparation or delivery times.
